2019년 초진 - 열흘 째 죽만 먹고 있어요
턱이 왼쪽 부위가 아파요.
2주 전 주말부터 통증 있었고
주로 씹을 때 통증. 재채기 하거나
입을 크게 벌릴때도 아파요
3년 전에도 턱관절 통증이 있었어요.
그때는 치과에서 검사한 후
찜질만 하면 된다고 해서
하루정도 찜질하고 괜찮아졌던 경험있어요.
씹을때 통증은 조금 줄어들었고,
지금은 입을 벌릴때 통증이 있어요.
열흘 째 죽만 먹었어요
2019년 초진당시 28세 남성환자분으로
오복만세치과에서는
4회의 외래진료 및 1회의 경과관찰 후
환자분의 턱통증이 사라진 것을 확인후
턱관절치료 를종료하였습니다.
2020년 양쪽 턱관절이 씹을때 아픈 증상으로
오복만세치과에 다시 찾아오셨고
1회의 외래진료후 통증이 사라져
턱관절 통증치료를 종료하였습니다.
2022년 왼쪽 턱에서 소리가 나고,
입을 벌리고 식사할때
오른쪽 턱관절이 아픈 증상으로
오복만세치과에 다시 찾아오셨고
2회의 외래진료 및 1회의 경과관찰시
턱관절 통증이 사라진것을 확인 후
턱관절통증치료를 종료하였습니다.
2023년
입을 크게 벌려서 뭔가를 씹으려고 하면
왼쪽 턱관절이 통증이 있어요.
오른쪽도 좀 뻐근한 느낌이 있어요.
엄청 심한 건 아닌데
크게 벌리려고 하거나
음식을 씹을 때 통증이 있어요.
아픈지는 일주일정도 됐고
조금씩 통증이 커지는 것 같아요.
어제 두통이 좀 있었는데 턱 때문인지는 모르겠어요. 평상시에도 두통이 좀 있어요.
오복만세치과에서는 1회 턱관절 치료로
통증이 사라져 치료를 종료하였습니다.
2024년
통증의 강도는 처음처럼 크지 않은데
골뱅이류의 음식을 먹을 때 통증이 있었어요
주말 아침에 소리만 좀 났어요
저번주 금요일부터는 식사시 통증이 왼쪽에 있었어요.
일요일까지는 통증이 있었는데 오늘은 특별히 느껴지진 않아요
급식에 골뱅이가 나와서 먹었는데 왼쪽에서 통증. 자고 일어났을 때 턱에서 소리 났어요

Today, let's explore the relationship between the recurrence of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and mild scoliosis, along with some treatment cases.
Patients with mild scoliosis are prone to recurrent TMJ pain.
2019 Initial Visit - Ten days of soft food only
Left side of the jaw hurts. Pain has been present mainly during chewing for two weeks, especially when yawning or opening the mouth wide.
Three years ago, the patient experienced TMJ pain, which resolved after applying warm compresses for about a day, as advised by the dentist. While the pain during chewing has slightly reduced, there is pain when opening the mouth now. Soft food only for ten days.
Initial visit in early 2019 for a 28-year-old male patient.
After four outpatient visits and one follow-up observation, the patient's TMJ pain disappeared, and TMJ treatment was concluded.
In 2020, the TMJ pain recurred, and the patient returned to Obokmanse Dental Clinic with symptoms of pain during chewing on both sides.
After the first TMJ pain treatment, which involved one outpatient visit, the pain disappeared, and the treatment was concluded.
In 2022, the patient complained of clicking sounds from the left jaw and pain on the right side when opening the mouth to eat, leading to another visit to Obokmanse Dental Clinic.
After two outpatient visits and one follow-up observation, the TMJ pain disappeared, and the treatment was concluded.
In 2023, the patient experienced pain in the left jaw when opening the mouth to eat. There was also a slight stiffness on the right side. The pain had been present for about a week and seemed to be gradually worsening. Although there was some headache yesterday, it's uncertain whether it was due to the jaw. The patient also experiences occasional headaches.
After one TMJ treatment at Obokmanse Dental Clinic, the pain disappeared, and the treatment was concluded.
In 2024, the intensity of the pain was not as severe as before, but there was pain when eating spiral foods. There were clicking sounds from the jaw on a Saturday morning. Pain was present during meals on Friday, but not notably on Sunday. There was pain on the left side while eating spiral foods. There were clicking sounds from the jaw when waking up.
After one TMJ treatment at Obokmanse Dental Clinic, the pain disappeared, and the treatment was concluded.
Excluding 2021, this patient experienced TMJ pain four times from 2019 to 2023. This patient also has mild scoliosis.
Patients with mild scoliosis often experience recurrent TMJ pain and are prone to its recurrence.
