양쪽 턱관절이 아파요.
1~2년 정도 됐어요.
왼쪽은 하품하거나 크게 벌리면 딱 소리가 나요
오른쪽은 턱근육이 뭉친 느낌이
엊그제부터 들기 시작했어요
입을 크게 벌리려고 하면
약간 불편한 느낌이 들어요
왼쪽은 오래 되었고,
엊그제부터 오른쪽의 느낌이 안좋아요.
하품하거나 입을 크게 벌리면
왼쪽에서는 딱 소리가 자주 나는 편이고
오른쪽은 약간 불편한 느낌이 있어요.
가만히 있어도 양쪽 턱 근육이 굳는 느낌이에요
밥 먹을때 꽉 물면 근육이 불편해요

Both jaw joints hurt, for about 1-2 years now. When I yawn or open wide, the left one clicks. Lately, the right side feels tense. When I try to open wide, it feels uncomfortable.
The left side has been bothering me for a while, but the right side started feeling off recently. Yawning or opening wide, the left side clicks more often, while the right side feels a bit uncomfortable.
Even when I'm still, both sides of my jaw muscles feel tense. Eating feels uncomfortable when I chew hard, and my head hurts too.
Most jaw joint patients find relief quickly with muscle relaxation and jaw realignment. However, this patient needed more active treatment, so we opted for injection therapy and oral device treatment.
