2020년 처음 턱관절 통증이 생겼을때에는
벽에 부딪치면서 왼쪽 턱이 확 부으면서
턱 통증이 시작되었고
입이 예전처럼 안벌려지고
식사할때 힘이 들어요
정형외과에서 엑스레이를 찍었는데
뼈에는 이상이 없다고 했어요
목 뒤까지 뻐근해요
첫번째 구로디지털단지치과 내원시에는
주사치료를 포함한 3회의 외래진료후
턱통증과 목 뒤 뻐근증상이 사라져
치료를 종료하였습니다.
2022년 턱관절 통증이 재발했을때에는
오른쪽 턱관절이 입을 벌릴때
관자놀이와 귀 앞쪽 볼쪽 부위가
아픈 느낌이에요
이번에는 주사치료를 안받으면 좋겠어요
라고 하셔서, 2회의 외래진료에서는
주사치료 없이 치료를 진행하였습니다.
하지만 통증이 나아졌다가 다시 커졌다
하면서 잘 낫지 않아
3회 외래진료시에 '주사치료'를 포함한
턱관절치료를 진행하였고
4회차 진료시
턱관절통증이 사라진것을 확인한 후
턱관절치료를 종료하였습니다.
2024년 턱관절 통증은
왼쪽 턱이 잘 안벌어지고
동네 치과에서 근육이완제를 처방받았는데
입을 벌리면 계속 아파요
구로치과에서 진행한
이번 턱관절 재발치료에서는
처음부터 주사치료를 시행하였으며
2회의 외래진료로 통증이 사라져
턱관절 치료를 종료하였습니다.

When the temporomandibular joint pain first appeared in 2020, it started with the left jaw swelling after hitting a wall, causing pain and difficulty opening the mouth like before. Eating became a chore, and the back of the neck felt stiff. X-rays at an orthopedic clinic showed no bone issues.
During the first visit, after three outpatient sessions including injection therapy, the temporomandibular joint pain and neck stiffness disappeared, and treatment ended.
In 2022, when the temporomandibular joint pain recurred, there was discomfort in the front of the ear and cheek area on the right side when opening the mouth. The patient preferred not to have injection therapy this time, so treatment proceeded without it during two outpatient visits. However, as the pain improved and then worsened again, injection therapy was included in the treatment during the third visit. After confirming the disappearance of temporomandibular joint pain during the fourth visit, the treatment was concluded.
In 2024, the temporomandibular joint pain returned. The left jaw didn't open well, and despite receiving muscle relaxants from a local dentist, it continued to hurt when opening the mouth.
For this recurrent temporomandibular joint treatment, injection therapy was administered from the beginning. After two outpatient visits, the pain disappeared, and the temporomandibular joint treatment was completed.
