왼쪽 턱관절이 아파요. 아프다기 보다는 요 근래에 턱에서 소리가 자주 나요.
1주일 전부터 딱딱한걸 씹다가 삐끗해서 턱이 빠진느낌, 턱이 어긋나는 느낌이 있었고, 그 이후부터 며칠 정도 아프다가 지금은 통증이 자연스럽게 줄어들었어요.

About a week ago, I felt a pop while chewing something hard, like my jaw was dislocated, and it felt misaligned. It hurt for a few days, but the pain naturally decreased.
When it felt misaligned, I could hear clicking sounds from my left jaw even without opening my mouth wide, but now it seems to have stopped.
I still feel uneasy chewing hard food on the right side because the left side feels unstable.
