왼쪽 턱관절이 딱딱한 걸 잘못 씹었더니 3일 전부터 턱이 아파요.
예전부터 가끔 턱에서 소리가 났었는데 이건 처음 듣는 소리에요,
모래갈리는 서걱서걱 소리가 나고 입을 크게 벌리면 아프지는 않은데 불편해요.
벌릴때만 소리가 나고 식사할때 아프지는 않아요. 턱에서 열감이 있어요.
오른쪽은 괜찮아요. 먹을 때는 괜찮고 벌릴 때만 불편해요.

"My left TMJ has been hurting for three days since I chewed something hard.
I've heard noises from my jaw before, but this is a new sound.
It sounds like grinding sand, and it's not painful when I open my mouth wide, but it's uncomfortable.
The sound only happens when I open my mouth, and it doesn't hurt when I eat. There is heat in my jaw.
The right side is fine. It's okay when I eat, but it's uncomfortable when I open my mouth."
Most TMJ patients recover very quickly once the jaw muscles are properly relaxed and the jaw is corrected.
